·       Uniforms are for game use only (do not wear to practice)

·       Uniforms should be air-dried only (not in dryer)

·       The entire uniform must be worn at games (shirts, shorts and socks)

·       Each girl will have their own helmet (helmets are available for the season for any girl who does not own one). Coaches will not have team helmets at games.

·       Parents are welcomed to help at practice (can always use the help), at games only the coaches will be allowed in the dugout and/or on the bench

·       Girls are to remain in the dugout and/or on the bench when they are not in the game, so they can cheer on their teammates

·       Girls should only be hearing base running instructions from the base coaches and not from fans watching the game, including parents

·       Snack/beverage volunteers are always welcomed during the season and tournaments. Sign up sheet will be available for volunteers during the first few weeks of practice

·       Almost all communications between coaches and the players (parents) will be done via e-mail. It is very important that an email address and cell phone number be provided to Paul and Rob. A team web site will be online which will also have team specific information including maps to games/tournaments, calendar with practice and tournament dates, beverage/snack schedule, contact information for coaches and parents. Web site address is http://draslpd.home.comcast.net/fastpitch.
